IMO, flyovers in NH within Urban areas should be regulated.

Beam Flyovers (📸Image 2) are best in Urban Areas rather than preferring Flyovers with Abutments (📸Image 1) [*Don't know the exact term]

Coimbatore Corp. to be expanded from 257 sq km to 439 sq km. Tiruppur Corp. to be expanded from 159 sq km to 303 sq km.

After expansion, Coimbatore will be the largest corp. by size in TN.

Pretty obvious that there's a need for Coimbatore Metropolitan Development Authority to regulate suburban development.

Here's my Hypothetical Coimbatore Metropolitan Area.

Main moto is to prevent development west of Coimbatore, protect Western ghats!
