Finally, I grabbed Hogwart's Legacy on sale. I'm not super familiar with Harry Potter, only seen parts of the movies here and there, but HL feels like a great entry point. So far it's a solid game in all aspects.

I don't think I need to address Schedule 1. Everyone knows it's fucking awesome, can't wait until they add more content. Goes to show you that evenjust one person developing a game themselves is capable of producing the most-played game on Steam.

Just mentioned a ton of games but I feel like I need to put emphasis on "Look Outside." It's an RPGMaker game by Devolver that involves a ton of body-horror, illustrated with gorgeous pixel-art. Very cheap to buy and for me each playthrough lasts 10-13 hours. Highly recommend.

Started Sengoku Dynasty and got pretty far. Actually enjoying it quite a bit, feels rewarding when you start pumping out resources with your villagers and keeping them supplied and happy. Combat is pretty satisfying as well. I feel like it's an improvement over Medieval Dynasty.

Got into Drug Dealer Simulator 2. Don't have much positive to say, 90% of the game is shifting around numbers in menus, and running around the map for ingredients. All your equipment doesn't even have an animation when it's working. Not great.

For a few weeks I got into Aneurism IV heavily. I usually only play single-player games and avoid being social but this one got me to break out of my shell a bit. A lot of hilarious moments. Definitely worth a try if you're down for some RP at a cheap price-tag.

Haven't finished KCD2 quite yet. I swear when I get near the end of a game I subconsciously stall because I don't want it to end. Absolutely stellar game.

KCD 2 just released, will probably be playing it for months, first game was phenomenal. I'll let you know what I think but I feel like it's just a given that it's going to be awesome. Jesus Christ be praised.

Picked up Streamer Life Simulator 2 and Dead of Darkness. Streamer Life Sim 2 is fun but they need to tweak the progress, within 4 hours I'd already broken the game but for the price tag it's a good deal. Dead of Darkness is great so far.

Welcome to Elderfield is a really promising RPGMaker game, sort of like a horror-theme Stardew Valley. If you're interested there's a demo on Steam and you can access the alpha build through their Patreon. It really nails the atmosphere. Doesn't release until 2026 but can't wait.

Been going down the Gothic rabbit hole. Started with the original, moved onto Gothic 2, got into Elex which is way better than I expected and I'm also in the middle of Drova: Forsaken Kin, a 2D pixelart Gothic-like. Also grabbed Elex 2 for when I'm done with everything else.

I always assumed Scum was only online/server-based. Just found out it has singleplayer so I picked it up and it's probably the best survival game I've ever played. Completely hooked rn.

Watched "Longlegs" last night with my dad and it was great.
