TLG works across secure and community settings with children and adults. We work with professionals across systems to change lives. CEO @andrezharriott
Another year and another TLG residential. Thank you to everyone who donated. Our “why” is because we believe that ALL children should have access to fresh air and saftey. THANK YOU and if you would like to support the residential in 2023, get in touch directly. @AndrezDMG
Netflix's hit show Adolescence is to be shown in secondary schools, the government has confirmed.
But will airing the hit series in schools go any way to tackling misogyny and violence in boys and young men?
Parents save money for further education and opportunities for their children. At these times, they need support in the midst of the unimaginable #ElianneAndam

WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU THIERY! FOR ALL OF THOSE WHO DONATED TOWARDS OUR #ENGAGEINFLUENCEANDINSPIRE🙏🏽 RESIDENTIAL IN 2021, HERE IS THE OUTPUT THAT YOU CONTRIBUTED TOWARDS. HE IS OFF TO UNIVERSITY AND WE ARE SO PROUD!
WELL DONE YOUNG KING ✊🏾🙏🏾✊🏾
21 years ago today these two angels were taken. Surreal, today without knowing this, @thelguk delivered work in custody and used their case among others to illustrate why systems are so concerned with managing the risk some pose to us all. Rest peacefully Holly and Jessica 🙏🏾
Quote from a child in custody.
“I got no recognition from school, I was kicked out early. Violence gave me the respect I was looking for. The older lot took me away from my own age group, they said my violence was better with them. Thats when I knew I had arrived”. 💔 @TheLGUK
We keep the children first at all times. Proud of @TheLGUK for continuing to provide care and support across systems. Proud of the work we deliver in the secure estate and will always support creating therapeutic spaces for the children, young adults and staff 🙏🏾
A week spent containing the emotions of children who are grieving the loss of their childhood. An action which is irreversible and only takes seconds, impacts generations. #nobodywins
Another young one home today and supported by @thelguk. We are trying to share and celebrate the success stories of those returning. He is blessed, had lunch with us and is committed to change. Welcome home young King and welcome to the pro-social identity 🙏🏾🙏🏾 @lawrencetlg
As we end this #mentalhealthawareness week, @thelguk wanted to bring attention to the experiences of the children that we support. We have worked with over 2000 children in custody who have seen the unimaginable. Earlier intervention is needed to minimise future harmful behaviour
A week of inspections and incredible feedback. The children have been telling them about the importance and impact @TheLGUK have on their experiences in custody ❤️🙏🏾
It is a joy to see children released from custody and making changes. This young king worked extremely hard to change his thinking and behaviour and is now back determined not to return. Lunch today with our CEO @AndrezDMG and Lawrence Russell (Programme and Interventions Lead)
Yesterday, experienced one of the joys of the work. A child with incredible qualities, given a second chance. Judge acknowledged his positive behaviour on remand, his personal letter, the progress report from @TheLGUK. We hugged, officers smiled, we have hope for his future 🙏🏾
