@HopefulIdiot@WisdomRebel I'm working on a project to explain this stuff to a wider audience, without the unnecessary new jargon. But in this case, I think there IS an important difference between "understanding" and "sensemaking" - which I think of as "understanding in context".
@HopefulIdiot@WisdomRebel I'm sympathetic to your overall sentiment, but as our thinking deepens and becomes more nuanced, it's useful to have both more precise words the reflect the nuance, and more general words that encapsulate a range of concepts. 1 of 2
