@KabbageInc Calling, tweeting, emailing and nothing. We are approved but can't claim our loan or get docs.. We get an error and thanks to Kabbage we will lose our PPP loan. This is the worst

@KabbageInc We are approved and cannot get to our loan docs. We keep sending DM's and messages please assist as today is the last day and @KabbageInc will not assist. (queue time expired) called over 100 times..

@KabbageInc Been waiting since the 8/4 for someone to get back to me about my loan, sent multiple DMs, nothing. So we are in danger of losing our loan because we cannot contact @KabbageInc and our NUMEROUS request have been ignored.

@KabbageInc We've sent emails, DMs, phone calls and still nothing. All we need is for you to correct our bank info as mentioned in the DM so we can get our loan docs. It's all time sensitive but we have to spend days trying to get support.
