How much is there? If I’ve just got a small amount of lovely yarn (50g-ish) I like to make Conundrum scarf. You work increases until you’ve used half the yarn, then decrease back. Lovely to keep your neck warm 🧶

...come if they ever need help getting rid of a body! We also bought two basic butcher's knives. Super cheap, but super sharp, and can basically do everything else except cut through the bone. In order to keep them sharp, we invested in this style of knife sharpener, it will.../6

And here is what we collected! I don't know what I expected, but it was definitely more than I expected. On the left is all the cuts from one pig, and obviously on the right are the two halves of the second pig ready for us to tackle. We were grateful for a cool overcast.../1

We keep hens and ducks, and sell our excess eggs at the gate. We’ve noticed that they don’t hang around long these days, far quicker than previous years 😕
