Opened up my @ASWDistillery Fiddler encore. Pretty solid cigar batch, love that bit of rum funk and the maple syrup comes through. Not quite sure it’s worth the +$100 price but it’s tasty.

This James E. Pepper single barrel pick goes all in on antique oak, cedar chest funk, and a thick oily mouthfeel. It's a bourbon that completely paints outside the traditional flavor lines, and that's exactly why I enjoyed it.

Honestly, Writers Tears Tequila cask finished is a pretty solid pour. The agave notes are forefront and complement the Irish whiskey well! While not a mind blowing pour, it’s still tasty.

Larrikin's Cigar Lounge is one of the more unique pours I've had this year. Dark fruits, maple syrup, cinnamon sugar, and a rich oily texture somehow come together across FIVE different finishing casks without becoming a mess.
