Then I followed the escalation matrix and wrote a mail to the city head but as you can see there has been no response over that too for two days now.

They aren't picking up the call and even their leadership is useless. Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Absolute pathetic customer service from @BlueStarLtd !

My AC unit ran into an unexpected E8 error and stopped cooling on 1st June. I raised a service ticket via their official app on the same day and selected the maintenance slot for 2nd June. The technician did not visit.

I received a call from their dealer on 2nd June (evening) mentioning that their technician will visit the next day (3rd June) but noone came. No calls, nothing. I called back their dealer's number but they did not pick up.
