My laptop has had issues for the past 5 months. Since I purchased the Complete Protection Plan, I’ve been trying continuously to reach Jeeves support. Every time, they raise a claim ID and close it without any update or
resolution.
Today, when I asked why my claim was closed, support said I was “not reachable.” I clearly confirmed that no technician ever contacted me. Shockingly, the support executive admitted that the technician falsely marked the case and closed the claim.
