🙌Release yourself from any attachment. Allow yourself to feel renewed, today is a new day.🌸
📌What is an attachment? An emotional state of clinging caused by the belief that without a particular thing or person, you cannot be happy.
A sign that you may be moving toward a fight/flight or freeze state is when you don't quite feel comfortable, but you’re not out of control yet. Noticing how you’re feeling at this early stage gives you the chance to bring yourself back into optimal arousal. #selfcompassion

Remind yourself, “I control how I cope with my feelings” and choose acceptance. By accepting our negative emotions we allow ourselves to experience them, without trying to alter, avoid or control them. In doing so, we strengthen our self-regulation and emotional intelligence.
It’s hard not to feel stressed while juggling each domain of our lives right now.
When you’re feeling stressed it helps to pause, give yourself a break, and release a build up of tension. This act of self compassion is a wonderful habit to adopt to boost to your wellbeing.
Isolation tips: Love these tips from Scott Kelly 🙏 great ways to support your wellbeing. His year in space is streaming on Netflix - incredible stuff!

The fastest way to move forward is to have the lightest load. Let go of the things that don’t serve you. Unproductive thoughts? Breathe, let go. Unrealistic expectations? Breathe, let go. Ineffective habits? Breathe, let go.
It’s time to stock up on kindness, compassion, love and acceptance. Don’t limit yourself — spend freely on yourself an others — they’re in abundance!

Allow your intuition to guide you. A quite mind is able to hear intuition over fear. Quiet your mind in three simple steps:
1. Get in touch with your breathing
2. Detach from your thoughts
3. Practice a grounding technique (like notice three things you can hear)

When we’re wrapped up in matters that are serious & urgent, it helps to open yourself up to humour, make laughter your go-to, it reduces the level of stress hormones in our bodies, takes the focus away from negative emotions and gives us a more positive outlook on a situation.
🙏Taking small mindful moments each day help us to reset, reduce stress, and refocus.
It’s easy for one negative thought to follow another. A great way to break this pattern is by pausing, and introducing a positive affirmation.
What do you need to tell yourself more?
Try this 30 second, emotional resilience micro-practice! When you feel challenging thoughts or emotions arise and tension build in your body, take a few breaths in and out, while saying to yourself, “Breathing in, I do my best; breathing out, I let go of the rest.” #resilience
