@FarrisWilliams6 yes both Target Customer Service, Corporate and Specialty Gift Card team and they have all done absolutely nothing. I also contacted the parent company of the gift card seller also does nothing. They blame Target and Target blames them. They do not stand by their orders.

BUYER BEWARE @Target is allowing customers to be SCAMMED while selling gift cards to other business this parent company never activated the gift card then you get to be on the phone for 5 hours while they blame Target and Target blames them and they do NOTHING - no replacement?!?

turns out the woman with the 1F ticket was changed to 2F and was never notified either!!! What is wrong with Amtrak? Why did I pay double for this premium seat I never sat in? I need a refund!

@Amtrak I’m on a train for 12 hours 3 months ago I paid for a premium business class seat 3A and you double booked the seat and switched me. I lost my private seat and am stuck in front row with no tables for laptops and nowhere to put your feet and no privacy for sleeping HELP!

I have to move and she takes my seat and ask the new conductor on board who refuses to tell me the first conductors name. I ask him for help he says he is checking tickets makes us wait standing with luggage in the front until he walks to the back and checks everyone there first

@Amtrak I asked for help and no one will help the conductor just threatened me that she will kick me off the train for no reason. Not beligerant, not yelling, not rude. She is using a rude tone and raising her voice for no reason. I was not even talking to her she keeps bothering me.

No one will help they said customer service closed so I’m stuck here all night. I need to do work and I sleep - I’m completely in the open near the dining car. This is creepy and so unfair. No where to even put my legs. How do they give the seat I paid more than double for away?
