This is a hospital service i check the app and timetables posted. I check for the delays board. I just want an accurate timetable so i can get to and from work. Can you tell me why this bus keeps beong cut?

@gnwbus Morning the 6:52 18 from mount road didnt show this morning. When i politely asked the next 18 driver terminating at shudehill if he knew when it would come he was beyond rude. There was no need to speak to me like that....

I only stopped him to ask as last week i waited for an hour and a half for an 18 from mri to middleton. An hour and a half before a bus turned up. Thats really not unusual for this service. Are the 18s to mri not running and how am i supposed to know when they are?

@gnwbus Hey @gnwbus sick of me yet? The 18 service from the uni to middleton just drove straight past not in service. Thanks so much for that!
Shall i wait half an hour for the next because you're so reliable or shall i get the 41 that terminated halfway there last time 🤔🤔🤔

@gnwbus So that's turned up finally. While i was waiting i chatted to a lovely older couple waiting almost as long to me to get to the hospital. They set off as early as me to be able to get there by 10am for regular hospital appointments because this service is so bad....@gnwbus

@gnwbus And for gods sake you guys need to know and share them here. Its like basic luck whether a 18 to MRI bus will come at all before 9. In case you haven't noticed i have tweeted you about this on multiple occasions going back weeks and months

@gnwbus There has been lots of 18s running they are are just all terminating at shudehill and going back to Middleton empty. What is the point??? Theres also multiple 17s running middleton to shudehill. Whoever changes this schedule needs some sense!

@gnwbus Hey @gnwbus not a single 18 to the MRI this morning since 6:40. I am still waiting. I decided to get to shudehill and wait there so i had options. But I'm here and still waiting. Will it be the same tommorow?

@gnwbus Every single go northwest service I've used in the last 3 weeks has either not shown and I've had to wait over an hour more than once or its terminated somewhere not stated. The service is shocking!

@gnwbus 7:43 turned up and is going to the MRI. So that's over an hours wait. That is beyond ridiculous especially as this is happening everyday.
Could you find out for me which 18s will be running from the MRI to Middleton after 4:30 this evening?

@gnwbus 7:22 arrived....but also shudehill only. Fingers crossed for the 7:32 .... Also thanks for your prompt response to my question yesterday morning. Just think if you answered and i knew which were running i wouldn't be sending you all this feedback...@gnwbus
