@SkyHelpTeam not promising start. Back to Sky Broadband for the 1st time in 5yr after hearing good things & BT being rubbish, but we’ve had speeds of 8-12meg all day on day 1, been on hold to support for 55 mins before they picked up & then hung up on me. Paying for Ultra fast 🙈
@SkyHelpTeam Speed is complete bollocks. It’s never been over 100mbps, ever. The bigger issue is now the tv. No connection, nothing but live tv, no on demand, ‘home’ doesn’t work and can’t rewind/pause/etc
@SkyHelpTeam Honestly, this is beyond embarrassing now @SkyHelpTeam the broadband is pathetic and has been for 4 weeks after moving to you and now your own Qbox can’t connect to your own hub, 3 metres apart. All phones and laptops connect fine, just no tv. For 4 days now. Seriously, 🤦♂️
@SkyHelpTeam All devices dropping. Multiroom too. Also, almost a week in and the sped is still garbage. This is the best I’ve achieved in 5 days. 400mbps is my guaranteed speed, pay for 500
@SkyHelpTeam Constantly dropping the network. Have to reset connection every time. It fails to connect at the WPS stage about 7/10 times and the box and router are in same room. When it does connect, usually stays connected for a couple of hours then drops out at some point. No error code.
@SkyHelpTeam Also, it’s not ‘fluctuating’, it’s constantly 8-16meg and has been at all times of the day. BT was garbage, but constantly delivered about 200meg and covered the whole house
@SkyHelpTeam Ultrafast broadband that’s been at 8-16meg for 36 hours? Even your tech support guy laughed when I told him how slow it was. Clearly a problem. 400meg guaranteed & pay for 500meg. Plus, how does connection speed affect the fact that my q box can’t connect to router in same room?
@SkyHelpTeam Oh, and now the q box in the front room 3 metres away from the router can’t connect to the internet anymore. Honestly, this is embarrassing @SkyHelpTeam
