@liadagmon ואם מסתכלים טיפה יותר רחוק אל העתיד, אז מדובר באירוע מורכב שעד כה לא צלחנו במציאת מענה עבורו. הסכמי השלום שצלחו היו מול מדינות, עם מערכת שלטונית (לא דמוקרטית) יציבה. אצל שכנינו הפלסטינים לא כך המצב, והסכנה שבכישלון הסכמים, היא ברורה ומיידית.

@liadagmon מעריך את הפרגמטיות בים של עצבים ורצון לנקמה. יחד עם זאת, היכולת שלנו לקבוע ��ת התרחיש הסופי ברצועת עזה לא צריכה להימדד במספר המתים (ישראלים/פלסטינים). מדינת ישראל ניצחה צבאות חזקים מחמאס (וחיזבאללה) והשיגה יעדים אסטרטגיים, ושילמה על כך מחיר כבד במתים, ופצועים בגוף ובנפש.

@liadagmon @liadagmon חיסול מנהיג כזה או אחר זה לא הישג. מיטוט תשתית טרור והשגת שליטה בשטח זה הישג (בדומה לחומת מגן) שתאפשר גדיעה יותר מהירה של ניצני טרור שיצוצו בהמשך. לכבוש את עזה זה לא פתרון טוב, ולמען הסר ספק איני תומך נלהב של מפעל ההתנחלויות. ייתכן שזה פשוט הפתרון הכי פחות גרוע.
