@RoyalCaribbean I am beyond FRUSTRATED with your ability to handle these future cruise credit certificates. I had a cruise cancel in 2020. Booked another one it cancelled. Used some credit on a Cruise in December and NOW you can’t find the rest of my Cruise credit. IM DONE!
