But let’s be honest:

Most DePINs are not as “De” as they claim.

When AWS or Cloudflare goes down, so do many “decentralized” networks. 🤷🏼‍♂️

A truly decentralized DePIN should:
• Survive cloud outages
• Degrade gracefully
• Have multiple coordinators
• Avoid single points of failure

Very few do this today.
