Let's go! Give a listen to author Kristy Nerstheimer as she reads her book The Greatest Thing-A Story About Buck O'Neil. Thank you so much @NerstheimerK and @TheLittleFig, hope this brings him luck as we are just hours away from the HoF vote!

For me, Buck O’Neil’s HOF candidacy IS filled with Hope & Trepidation as @vgregorian explains in this great piece about Sunday’s @baseballhall induction announcement. @JPosnanski @Royals @KCStar @NLBMuseumKC RT https://t.co/kxemL2sT5n
We want Buck O’Neil to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame! O’Neil was named manager of the Monarchs in 1948, and continued to play first base through 1951. He managed the Monarchs for 8 seasons from 1948-1955. #HyVeeForBuckO
Excited to be heading back to the @KCRoyalsMLR on August 15th to celebrate Slugger’s birthday! Stop by the team store pregame, 4th/5th inning and postgame! ⚾️💙❤️
