@chunter38 My apologies miss but I am unsure. I had to unlock my features of my first cauldron sounds by placing my fingers onto the small metal dots as a conductor. I am sorry if this doesn’t help you.

@thirstybeer3 There is a little sensor by the light/center. Try placing your finger to cover those dots/sensor. My mixies cauldron had to be activated that way. Hope that helps!
