Yes, but WHY.

You can say it's not about woke, or gender. But this fundamentally ignores what it means to be HUMAN and our entire species evolution for millions of years.

You can stick your head in the sand and pretend everyone is a blank slate and they're all just the same interchangeable cogs in a machine.

Or you can live in reality and realise people are different and that means you have to target and cater to them. Because actually, whether you're male or female changes EVERYTHING about how you experience the world, your role in it, the standards you need to adhere to and how you should be judged. And that matters.
