@KuroNekoNoAkuma Well, Kimi can’t very well bring herself to pry the child from her. Sitting down in a chair within the room, she lightly rubbed her son’s back, trying to silently soothe the obviously worried child.
Kimi gently offers @KuroNekoNoAkuma her hand. “I have a few things to retrieve. Would you like to join me? We can stop and get you a treat along the way.”
@KuroNekoNoAkuma Kimi couldn’t help but smile at the adorable kitten falling asleep in her arms. As soon as the jeweler confirmed the arrangement and design specifications, Kimi used a little #kimimagic to return them home. Gently placing Shouta into his bed and tucking him in.
@KuroNekoNoAkuma was quick to pull two of her own fangs out. Yes, you read that right. Placing them into the hand of the jeweler. They would regrow. “Deliver them no later than tomorrow evening.”
@KuroNekoNoAkuma “It won’t be much longer, my son.” Kimi could tell the kitten was obviously growing tired. Stepping into the jeweler’s shop, she was greeted warmly. “I require two amulets. Not too large as they are to be worn by my children. They must be infused with my demonic energy.”
Kimi
@KuroNekoNoAkuma “Would you mind sending those to my palace when you are finished? I will compensate you well for your time. I have an errand I must accomplish.” She assumed the shopkeeper would do as requested, which, of course, they would. Making her way out of the door and off toward a jeweler
@KuroNekoNoAkuma Kimi never had the need to mark Sesshomaru. Anyone fool enough to mess with a child that smelled so much of Kimi and Toga knew what they were getting into. Maybe she could have amulets crafted for the children? Something that would identify them as under her protection?
Stepping
@KuroNekoNoAkuma Kimi held Shouta close. She would have to sort out some way to mark her children to prevent this dog demon from harming them. That, or hunt down the beast herself. She quietly carried her son back to the tailor. Their clothing should be prepared by then, and she certainly wasn’t
@KuroNekoNoAkuma Temptress and me, my son. I will not allow that beast to lay a single claw on you.”
The anger flooding her that anyone had ever made such a promise to /her/ child was beyond what one might think. She might go so far as to hunt the beast down. There weren’t many dog demons, it
@KuroNekoNoAkuma demons before?”
Kimi was growing concerned that perhaps this child needed more protecting than she’d originally thought. Once a dog demon chose its prey, the dog demon would kill it no matter how long it took.
@KuroNekoNoAkuma “Heavenly?” That was an interesting word coming from a child. Perhaps he had picked it up from Temptress? Kimi looked down at Shouta even more shocked by the words the child spoke next. She did cut straight to the chase. “How do you know about my other form? Have you seen dog
@KuroNekoNoAkuma Kimi was entirely fine with whichever stalls her son wanted to visit. “Yes, my son? Does your dango taste alright?”
The dog demon was concerned something may have been off with her son’s food. She would have the head of the dango maker if there was.
@KuroNekoNoAkuma This particular stall’s owner was quite clever having placed all of the children’s toys right in plain view at child-height. What sort of parent would turn down their sweet child requesting a wooden dragon or dog or cat? Any type of animal or soldier, even human archers and
@KuroNekoNoAkuma to let the child know of her concern. Slowly walking toward a stall that appeared to be selling wooden carvings. “Do let me know if you see anything you wish to have, my son.”
@KuroNekoNoAkuma “Of course, my son.” Kimi gently took his free hand. She wasn’t about to lose him amongst the stalls. Who knows what some ne’er-do-well would do should they get their hands on the dog demon’s child. Kill him in vengeance? Hold him for ransom? Not worth the risk.
She wasn’t about
