I'm Mr Collins. I’ve been trading for 3 years - consistently for the last 2.
I primarily trade XAUUSD & BTCUSD, using structure, inducement and key levels to read the market and build my setups.
I say this all the time
Yes I'm self learnt but I won't suggest it for ANYONE, I wasted lots of time, I didn't know so many things until I came online.
Vet for a good mentor, one that will hold your hands, hold you accountable, a true mentor and pay the mentor to teach you
Emphasis on vet the mentor, don't go for hype, don't go for life style, vet the mentor by accountability and skill and pay them to teach you
Don't try the hero shiit, I lesrnt myself, no trophy for it o.
If you can't pay, go and watch 2020 mentorship videos by ICT,
At least 90% of what many mentors will teach you is there, it then depends on if you have the patience to learn from those 30 long ass gruesome videos 😭
Alright, you're welcome 👊🏾💜
I cried and fixed my life after listening to The Gap between KNOWING and DOING by Jim Rohn
📍Don't let your learning lead to knowledge, you'll become a fool, let your learning lead to action, you'll become wealthy.
Behind most of those closed doors is just a trader quietly blowing his/her third challenge evaluation this month and hiding it from their family and friends
I've let someone else's opinion override a plan that was already working.
Not one bad decision - just letting their voice get louder in my head than my own read, until it wrecked the management.
Quietly. That's usually how it happens.
Using a stop loss means accepting that your setup is invalidated at a certain price level.
So don’t randomly pick a number of pips for your SL.
Identify the exact invalidation area and place your stop there, regardless of how many pips it takes.
Do this consistently and watch how your trading changes.
