@DrFreake Ralsei’s finally learning to openly express himself, but he doesn’t really know how to yet. So it’s coming off as very aggressive
Did you want him to just instantly to have it all figured out
@DrFreake Except the anger IS his development
Ralsei previously did not allow himself to get angry or really express any opinions of his own. He didn’t want to be his own person because
This is him being his own person. Going through a full range of emotions, even if they’re not ideal
@SuperSavajin Honestly I think this moment would’ve been stronger if, rather than stopping him and snapping him out of it, mumkhar killed Dunban here
And then shulk still game to the conclusion it wasnt worth killing him in response
@howsitpopping The baffling logic is the leap you just made because I never said that
There is space between doing all side quests and doing no side quests
I did more side quests on my first playthrough than I imagine most people would and STILL didn’t have the affinity points
@howsitpopping If you’re going out of your way to do as many side quests as possible while also switching around your party a bunch, that’s still grinding
It is simply factual that playing through the game normally will not yield you enough affinity for almost any of them
@howsitpopping Why wouldn’t they. You can just do them the moment you find them
And why would it not matter? Are you saying “I personally want to have to grind for them, so it should be worse for everyone else”????
@SafeButter I mean. I feel like that might just be because the trailer itself didn’t really offer much of like. Anything
And I’m saying that as someone who does not want a reference fest whatsoever
It kinda just felt like a generic fantasy rpg that vaguely resembles Xenoblade
@x3phia This is just like. A blatant lie. Xenoblade 1 has a robot war within the first 5 minutes of the game
2’s first area is full on steampunk style, and then you’re putting together a robot in someone’s garage by the second area
These games have always been a sci-fi fantasy mix
@KlumboDoods I think there’s a difference between an artstyle change and genesis having literally not a single xenoblade thing in it other than its title
