Not even Apex can support a solo mode more than a LTM
Fortnite and PUBG use bots to make solo mode seem full.

I've seen people check on another device and the survey is not completed when they login with their Bungie account

Also helps to check on another device as another device with same Bungie login may show incomplete survey
