Star Fox 64 is one of my favorite games. If Nintendo is going to remake it again, I really don’t mind this massive change in style. My one big hope is that the story is done justice and it really delivers on giving the characters more depth than ever before. It looks promising!
I know it’s only 10 tracks, but this already confirms the soundtrack is going to be absolutely spectacular. That rendition of Star Wolf is probably the best one there has ever been. Every track here feels like it’s been stylized for a movie. Wish we knew who the composer was!
Super Mario Galaxy is high art. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is high entertainment. I think that perfectly sums up how I feel about the new movie. I had a great time watching it and would highly recommend checking it out!

@ToxicPea33 Thank you for your support of KI! It really means a lot! 🙏 As a massive Kirby fan, seeing so many people that equally love the franchise and want to find any new daily info being posted always keeps me motivated! It’s incredible how large it’s grown. Same for Pikmin Informer!
Nintendo is 100% testing the waters with all these characters. Betting right now that the Galaxy movie will be a backdoor pilot for a Star Fox film. Fox is definitely replacing DK in this one. Nintendo is branching out and the reaction to this already proves it’s worth pursuing.
@ToxicPea33 Considering the reaction on every platform, it’s definitely paid off! It’s kind of wild to see how much people are talking about it. Definitely has multiple implications about this franchise… Star Fox is in dire need of a fresh reboot!
That all being said, I’m thrilled to see Fox, but I wish they did not reveal this until after the movie was out in theaters. This feels like a big moment for the fans. It’s a great marketing choice though. Once again with this film, one short reveal caused lots of coverage.
@SerebiiNet It would be really cool if these could connect to the upcoming NSO Colosseum and XD releases like the original, but I doubt that will happen.
I somehow end up replaying these games every 3 years, and I welcome it. Imo, FireRed and LeafGreen might arguably be some of the best Pokémon games. Ignoring any nostalgia, it is hands down the definitive way to play through the Kanto region.
Serebii Update: Pokémon FireRed & Pokémon LeafGreen have been added to the Coming Soon section of the Nintendo Switch eShop and are available to pre-order

I find it sad to say, but I think the Let’s Go games are genuinely Game Freak’s best work since 2018. They feel like the only comprehensive Pokémon games they have produced during the whole Switch era. Even though they were just remakes tied to GO, they were still well made.
I finally got around to playing Pokémon Legends: Z-A. I know I might be in the minority saying this, but it is vastly better than Arceus. It’s still not great per se, but it’s a huge step up. It’s fun, but the bar is still really low for me when it comes to modern Pokémon games.
I love Pokémon, but with each new release from Game Freak, I get more worried about the franchise’s future for long-time fans. With each new release, less of my friends are playing the games. I really hope they can turn things around with their next title and impress players.
Seeing all the Stranger Things #conformitygate stuff is honestly admirable and hysterical. Season 5 was nowhere near as great as the rest of the series, but it’s over and done. Nothing is going to be released tomorrow, it’s all fan cope. Sherlock all over again.
