Regional Recap:
In 300mh Prelims, ran a 44.01 which was a lifetime best. 300mh Final I ran a 44.4 which was a lifetime 2nd best!
Last year at regionals I left with a 47.6 PR, I am abundantly grateful to be where I am. To end off the day, our 4x400m won. 3:45.1 and I split 56/57
