@SimonCalder finally got a hotel at 3.30am and flight rescheduled for this afternoon. Everyone boarded and then more issues and everyone off the plane. There’s lots of families and young children and BA don’t seem interested. Please help!!!

@British_Airways re last night delayed ba2036 Mco to Lgw. It is now showing as departing at 3.00pm today but none of the delayed passengers have received an email telling them what to do? Shall they all just descend on MCO ready for check in? Lack of communication!!!

@British_Airways why when BA2036 has been delayed and the passengers deboarded is there no ground staff to help them. Passengers with young children, nowhere to sleep and no accomodation offered after 5 hours. Disgraceful. Get some staff there NOW!!!
