@mejmpl Nie wiem czy zauważyłeś ale zaczęły się pojawiać tureckie barber shopy. Ewidentny patent na pranie kasy przeszczepiony wprost z wyspy brytyjskich. Klientów zero, a potrafią być w ścisłym centrum miasta, gdzie czynsze są ogromne.

@Mordrago @idid2503 @6kawaii6satan6 No właśnie to CO miejskie to wcale takie nie jest, podobnie ciepła wodaiejska nie jest tanio. Hitem jest to, że ta sama ciepłownia miejska potrafi na jednym osiedlu dać cenę 30 za m3, a na innym 60 za m3 i tylko oni wiedzą czemu taka cena.

@mejmpl 1100 za 70m2, mieszkanie własnościowe w wielkiej płycie. W czynszu ciepła i zimna woda, ogrzewanie, sprzątanie części wspólnych, wywóz śmieci, fundusz remontowy (2pln/m). Wspólnota co rok/dwa coś remontuje, wystarczy chodzić na zebrania żeby wiedzieć.
