@mcd_canada 2022 @BurgerKing made a mistake and I was able to get it resolved in 30 seconds via their app… goes to show how far McD is falling behind. Will be thinking twice before using them again…

@McD_Canada so it turns out that when McDonalds makes a mistake and double chargers you, the staff have no way to fix it but to tell you to report the charge to your bank. Tried the McD app and it has no support options, just feedback.
