I sat down with Matthew Mahoney, Executive Vice President of the Red Star Foundation, to discuss an issue that deserves far more attention, supporting the families of veterans and first responders lost to suicide.
Proud to welcome @TheMattMahoney as Executive Vice President of Red Star Foundation.
He helped drive Tunnel to Towers’ 500% revenue growth, nearly $500M/yr, top charity ratings, the Let Us Do Good Village, and a program that removed 13,000+ homeless veterans from the streets.
Robin Williams’ emotional tribute to the American Flag leaves an entire stadium speechless — then in tears.
Is there a single Hollywood star who would give this performance today?
Legend 🇺🇸
“Every one of us was prepared to give our life to kick Hitler’s ass out of Europe!” 101-year-old D-Day veteran Jake Larson tells me that he knew exactly what they were fighting for 80 years ago today. “I lost friends, everybody lost friends. But we were soldiers. We were prepared to give our life.”
10 years ago today I joined 9/11 families, rescue & recovery workers, & survivors to dedicate the @Sept11Memorial Museum. I hope you'll join me in visiting the #911museum, which will offer free admission to New Yorkers on the first Monday of each month starting June 3.
10 years ago today, @MikeBloomberg and I joined 9/11 family members, survivors, rescue and recovery workers, and President @BarackObama in an incredibly moving ceremony to dedicate the @Sept11Memorial & Museum. This inspiring museum, in the heart of a rebuilt and thriving Lower Manhattan, has now welcomed more than 23 million visitors from all 50 states and 175 countries. Each time I visit, I remember a time that began with such deep sadness, and I leave feeling deeply proud of how New Yorkers rallied together and responded.
As we mark the museum’s first 10 years, I hope you’ll join me in visiting. Starting in June, the #911Museum will offer free admission exclusively to New York residents on the first Monday of each month. #NeverForget
Honored to work here at the @Tunnel2Towers Foundation where we help our Heroes and their families everyday.
