The recent death of a Cuban detainee at federal immigration camp in El Paso was ruled a homicide.
His autopsy report, released an hour ago, says he died because there was so much pressure on his neck and chest that he couldn't breathe.

Tonight the @MercedesSchools board approved a separation agreement with Superintendent Ben Clinton after his DWI arrest earlier this month. Clinton's been on leave since last week.
