"For starters I should probably point out that I'm the one who works for Lucanor, but I don't let him get away with bossing me around. Regardless, real Necromancy is really rare. The kind you're thinking of, where wizards shove spirits into corpses, isn't considered Necromancy here, but a kind of binding magic. Those bindings are sad, fragile, angry things, difficult to control and wholly unethical. I'll hit on that later, maybe."

"Here, Necromancy means the Righteous Dead are invited, not demanded. They only answer the call if the caller has enough willpower and spiritual authority. A Necromancer has to be almost like a cleric in that way, and the summons have to be a damn good reason."

"So yeah, it's all skull and bones. Most of our lads wear their original armor but have new weapons, and luckily that armor is in pretty good shape 'cause they've been preserved in the tombs. They also happen to be really, really good at what they do. The flowers on the northeast side of the grounds are nicely fertilized by the grave robbers who were kind enough to pay our lower levels a visit."
