@CadburyIreland #YellowSNACK all the way. The #PurpleSNACK is grand, but I devour them. The #YellowSNACK, I get to savour each one (or eat them all differently - nibbles, break in two (or try a diagonal break)) so many options!!

@magnumlady Ooh. Yum! Where?

Just finished this year’s @1dublin1book; @And_Hughes The Coroner’s Daughter and loved it! On @BorrowBox (the library app) Cracking story, from the wonderful opening line, to this standout quote: ‘You have a knack for provoking the ire of the ill-informed.’ I hope for a sequel!!

[T Ní Maolmuaidh @TheMilmoe]

@irishspiritmag @theirishfor @CurrachBooks These are wonderful, we first came across them in the library. Full of familiar and not so familar stories, AND wonderful illustrations!

@chrislloydwoep Just finished reading #AbsolutelyEverything to my 7 year old. He got it last Christmas, and we took a break in the middle, but thumbs up from him (I learned loads too!) Passing it to the 13 year old now.

@Thetaste_ie The list I’ve always wanted, I shall absolutely check out the ones I’ve not had. I’d honestly add the @_InsomniaCoffee Hot Chocolate to this list too - melted Belgian chocolate. #yum

@maryniloc @FearStairLmk @one4allireland No. To be fair, I found one towards the end of last year; should’ve had €50 on it - there was more than €20 gone off it, I rang them and they put it back on. Seems to be a little know fact that I learned from a similar thread last year. Ring them.

@HotelChocolat Received a Velvetiser last Christmas (which I love) but it has suddenly stopped working. What do I do now? Surely it should last more than 11.5 months?

So, eleven-and-a-bit years ago, I wrote the only written narrative in Minecraft: the story that appears after you kill the Ender Dragon. (A narrative which players often call The End Poem.)
Today, I officially librated that ending.

Er, what does that mean?

@laniamh I hadn’t heard, sad news indeed. She fought valiantly for the women of Ireland, to raise awareness of what happened.

Have just seen the Virgin Highland cow ad for the first time. This may be one of my favourite ads ever.

A lovely way to start the day.

For many years I have been posting little observations on here. What you may not know is that for many years, artists have been illustrating them - for no reason other than they wanted to respond. Below is a thread of some of these beautiful drawings, because they should be seen:
