I’ve never been one to sue, but 2 months to get a response from @AmericanAir after sending my child’s passport to a personal email address is very troubling. I’ll look into the laws that were broken and what legal action looks like.
@AmericanAir I have travel coming up. @AmericanAir is the most convenient and economical option, but I can’t risk having my child’s #PII compromised again so I will have to choose another airline if this matter isn’t resolved soon. It’s been almost 2 months since I filed the complaint.
@USDirectExpress, we got to someone after an hour and a half and he hung up on us b/c of a third party on the phone. He refused to give a direct number or have someone call us. Seriously?!? About 4 hours total just to reach someone!?! #poorcustomerservice#idonthavetimeforthis
