@SolseyLive I think it goes down to personal preference. You might not see an issue with remote interviews, others might. If an office is operating it will have to be covid-safe and thats where the managers might think if its safe for their employees its safe for interviewees
@SolseyLive Note - abolutely right to decline to go in if you feel uncomfortable and the employer should have offered an alternative, my main point was video interviews just aren't as effective as in person so I can see why they would prefer it
@SolseyLive If social distancing and coronavirus measures are adhered to then there should be no issue with going into an office. I literally interviewed someone today over Teams and it was the worst experience, need to meet face to face to gauge how a person is and if you think they'd fit
