WVMS 8th grade defeats Woodrow Wilson and advances to the county championship on Thursday for the third year in a row!

Finished up the summer season today, overall a good season! On the mound I ended the season with a record of 8-1 with one save. In 60 innings pitched I only gave up 10 walks. Ended with an era of 3.383 At the plate I finished with a batting average of .333 playing elite teams.

IMG Hoggatt ended with a 4-1 record in pool play in the Team 1 Fastpitch Elite Invite in Kansas city. The girls battled to the very end 0-0 but ended up taking the loss 0-1 in the last inning in an intense game vs a very talented Impact Gold from Texas. IMG landed the 2nd seed in Pool A and have their first game bracket game at 2pm vs Southern Force 14u National from Alabama. Please note the Bracket games move location tomorrow to Stump Park. Follow us CST! Lets go IMG…time to represent Indiana!!

My teammates and I ended the season on a very good note!! We ended the season going 7-1 in nationals and coming out on top. Our season record ended at 63-16-2. I want to thank my coaches Jesse Hoggatt, Bj Howard, and Josh White for everything they’ve done for me this season!

IMG 2010 Hoggatt battled back from behind, scoring 4 runs in the 6th inning, to secure the National Title vs Chicago Cheetahs 6-3.
These girls had an incredible week of 🥎 Way to finish the season strong and bring the hardware back home!
