Building AI & Comms Infrastructure for Operators•IPRESTANDA Tech • Energy, Stamina, Recovery, Clarity & Resilience Fuel Foundation, is Physical Robustness.
People ask how I run three things, train daily, wake at 3am, and still have energy left.
The answer is not discipline. It is architecture.
The system behind the system is what compounds. Effort without infrastructure just accumulates fatigue.

Why the obsession with people using available tech tool to help with their self expression? AI tools help those with less ability in this area to amplify their skills/talents presentation. My usual advice to parents is to let kids use AI to become more comfortable in areas they are growing in and not replace it.
TLE Framework operating system in six lines:
Clarify - Know exactly what you are building and why.
Simplify - Remove everything that does not serve the standard.
Systemise - Build it so it runs without depending on your attention.
Execute consistently - Not brilliantly, consistently.
Accountability - Own the result, no conditions.
Compound - The standard today funds the standard tomorrow.
Apply it to your workflow, decision making, systems building, design…
“I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein’s brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.”
~ Stephen Jay Gould
As an Operator and Builder, treat your body like an Infrastructure that it is. Not just a tool.
Infrastructure compounds when grounded in purposeful utilisation and directional forces, not random movement. Sustained physical, mental, physiological and biological robustness require that Infrastructure. Put considerable Investment toward that infrastructure of yours.
Purposeful movement compounds your gains #TLEPL
The 15-person fish farm on Frøya still runs the exact same way it did five years ago.
Both statements are true.
That’s the problem. https://t.co/Aqi8RwOYh1
The TLE framework is built on one premise: the body is infrastructure. Not an aesthetic project, not a performance vanity. Infrastructure that determines the quality and duration of everything you build on top of it.
As an Operator, focus on the 4 pillars (Strength. Movement. Stamina. Recovery). Not aesthetic.
Functional will keep your machine running at max efficiency, for another 2-5 decades. Not months of summer body cycles.
EU AI Act compliance kicks in August 2026. Most Norwegian SMEs using ChatGPT/Copilot are minimal-risk. Here is how to confirm your category in 30 min https://t.co/w4RCA6Uq7r
The most experienced person on your team holds knowledge that exists nowhere else.
When they leave, it does not transfer automatically.
New note: how AI-assisted knowledge capture builds an operational layer that survives staff transitions.
Practical starting point for aquaculture, logistics, and multi-site ops in Norway.

I used to spend summers in Barcelona, Spain.
You learn fast: you don't go outside between 1pm and 6pm. You just don't.
Now Europe (even Oslo, Norway) is hitting those temperatures everywhere, most of summer.
I asked AI why there's still a debate about installing AC while people die in heatwaves.
It didn't hold back.
Norway restricted AI in schools. Some businesses read that and went quiet on AI adoption.
Wrong lesson.
The school debate is about cognition and child development. The business question is about whether your team is still doing manually in 2026 what could run automatically. These are not related.
This is the right move.
Foundational cognition of reading, writing, reasoning are built through struggle. You don't give a toddler a calculator before they understand numbers.
AI used before the mental scaffolding exists doesn't accelerate learning. It prevents it.
Norway is asking the right question. Most countries aren't yet.
If your business is in Trondelag and you are exploring innovative solution to a specific problem, there is a good chance you qualify for Innovasjon Norge support.
Most businesses that qualify never apply.
Not because the idea is not good enough. Because the documentation is not ready.

The businesses that get real value from automation do not start with a strategy deck.
They pick the one workflow that costs the most hours and has the clearest way to measure improvement. Automate that. Prove it. Then move.
Everything else is just ambition with no traction.

@paulg The underrated skill is knowing when you've prepared enough.
Most people don't switch to game management because they can't tell the difference between "I'm not ready" and "I'm just anxious."
Same muscle you need to ship things.
I build AI systems for Norwegian SMEs.
Most of them tell me they are not ready yet.
The cost of waiting is not nothing. It compounds too, just in the wrong direction.
