Bottom line: A three-sector market. When leadership is this narrow and defensives (XLU, XLP) are simultaneously weakening, it signals a market running on fumes. Watch for Tech exhaustion - if XLK joins the weakness, there's nothing left to hold up the index.

Key flows: Mixed and muted. No sector shows strong accumulation. XLF -0.29, XLI -0.25, XLU -0.22, XLP -0.13 = broad institutional distribution. XLRE +0.28 is the only notable inflow - rate-cut positioning?
