Another day to make use of your most powerful weapon which is your mindset.
This morning, stand tall and tell yourself: “I may face difficulties, but I will not surrender. I may become tired, but I will rest and continue. I may fall, but I will rise again. I may face rejection, but I will not reject my own potential. I may not know exactly when my breakthrough will come, but I will continue preparing for it.”
Do not measure your progress only by what you have achieved cause progress itself means refusing to quit.
Always remember; progress is taking one small step when you desperately wanted to give up.
Scientists found that the creatine supplement millions take for muscle gains is quietly raising brain energy levels and slowing early Alzheimer's cognitive decline by 30%
Avoid giving people control over your normal state. When someone insults, undermines, or threatens you, all that you should do is be alert and calm. But do not react. Do not get angry. Just be vigilant and prepared. So what if they are rude to you? That reflects their upbringing. You don't have to get provoked. Giving people the power to alter your peace of mind is a terrible idea. It shows that you are immature and mentally weak.

A young Nigerian built AI smart glasses that help blind people walk without a cane or a guide dog.
Here's how it works. The glasses use AI, sensors, and a camera to detect obstacles in real time.
If something is in the way, they vibrate and trigger an alarm before the user reaches it.
The clever part built-in GPS tracking. If the user gets lost, their exact location is sent to their caregiver's phone via WhatsApp or Email.
He built the whole thing with an ESP32 microcontroller. Handmade. From Kano, Nigeria.
Now he's adding AI voice so the glasses can describe surroundings out loud not just detect obstacles but explain what's around them.
His name is Khalifa Aminu. @inventorkhalifa
I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide 👓
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing
Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location
But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲
And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings
I have put the video showing how it works completely in the comment. 🎥

Let the world see what a young Nigerian can build
We chase the wrong prize.
We want the visa, the title, the house, the milestone. And we treat the person we must become to earn them as an afterthought.
But the achievement is never the real reward.
The real reward is who you are forced to become in order to reach it. The discipline, the courage, the skill, the character built along the way.
Money can be lost. Titles can be taken. Milestones fade the week after you reach them.
But who you became to get there is yours forever, and it goes to work on the next goal on its own.
Stop asking only what you will get from your dream.
Start asking who you will become in the chasing of it.
The goal is temporary. The person it makes you is permanent.
The single most freeing thing I ever learned is that the future is not a fixed place waiting for you to arrive.
For years I feared the future the way you fear a dark room. I imagined all the ways it could hurt me.
Then I discovered a quiet, revolutionary truth. Within me lay the power to shape that future in my own image.
The future is not something that happens to you.
It is something you build, decision by decision, out of the raw material of today.
We treat tomorrow like weather, something to brace for. It is far more like a building, something to design.
The fears I had about my future turned out to be a mirage. Visible and terrifying from a distance, gone the moment I walked up to them.
Stop bracing for your future.
Start building it. The hands that shape it are the only ones you were ever waiting on. They are yours.
Nothing in life is as important as you think it is while you are thinking about it.
Those are the words of Daniel Kahneman, the psychologist who won a Nobel Prize for how we make our decisions.
He called it the focusing illusion.
The instant you focus on any one thing, a raise, a move, a relationship, a loss, your mind inflates it. It fills the whole screen. It feels like it will decide your happiness.
But Kahneman found these things move our daily wellbeing far less than we predict.
His famous example. People are certain that moving somewhere sunny will make them happier. It does not. Within months, they stop noticing the sunshine and go back to worrying about money, traffic, and love, like everyone else, everywhere else.
Whatever is consuming you right now is almost certainly less decisive than it feels in this moment.
The promotion will not complete you. The setback will not end you.
Zoom out.
The thing filling your entire sky today will be one small, forgotten cloud in the story of your life.
Attention magnifies. Reality is calmer than your focus keeps insisting it is.
@Hirwanda21@WoleyDM@BongsMahlangu_ My brother, I’m not telling you so you can believe. I am telling you cos it’s a fact and to let you know someone that didn’t study Computer science as undergrads can do a masters in that field. I am an example.
🚨⚪️ Raúl Asencio could leave Real Madrid this summer, already planned since June with José Mourinho.
Permanent/loan depending on proposals but exit also depends on player’s decision.
Madrid doors are open.

If you can stabilise your biorhythm and circadian rhythm, I guarantee you that most of the physical or mental health issues you are facing will evaporate. Nature operates in predictable rhythmic patterns. The sun rises and sets predictably. The moon appears and disappears on cue. Ocean tides are predictable and measurable. And where these patterns are followed, bliss occurs. So learn to flow with the motion of the ocean. Sleep at the same time. Wake at identical times. Eat at fixed regular intervals. Read and exercise like clockwork. If you allow these routings to dominate your life in an undisturbed rhythm, you will move from surviving mode to a thriving state.
