It's about the pending payout that has been stuck for several months, and the account suspension with no details.

@Etsy The original ticket was #15646919, 3 months ago. Since then I haven't received any replies, emails or ticket numbers for any of the appeals or support issues logged with regards to the money that still needs to be paid out.

I would be eternally grateful if we can resolve this!

@Etsy you suspended my shop a few months back, I'm still not sure why. I've jumped through every imaginable hoop trying to resolve the issue.

@WorldIndieOtome Visual Novels are games. There is no doubt about it. And Steam isn't just for games. There are numerous films and software apps available. And lastly, the majority of ebooks on Kindle are self-published, and that's free.
