@sudoingX @Teknium I spent a good 3-4 months getting my openclaw instance to a point where I was really happy with it. I gave Hermes a shot one day and it blew my mind how well it worked out of the box. Hermes did everything I’d spent all that time building. But better and faster.

@ollama @tonysimons_ was this an issue on any particular model or just in general? It took me a bit to realize it was likely capacity problem. It seemed to be less of an issue if I used a model that wasn't as popular. I think a status page for online models would be really helpful.

@sudoingX Is this also why hermes is significantly faster at producing output than openclaw? I have a claw agent and hermes agent in a telegram group. both on their own vps (same network, same model). hermes will always responds faster than the claw agent.
