Com todo respeito, o povo que gostou CAGOU NA NOSSA CABEΓA desde o dia q essa merda saiu e agr a gente nao pode nem ficar um pouco feliz q o ATOR q fez o negocio tbm nao comprou aquele final
@Glinwen But there's was never any way to know any of that for sure cause he's dead. Like, even if it was the ending he envisioned or whatever we all knew from the start that it was NG's interpretation of that.
Nothing has changed. My point is, that's not what makes the ending bad
I don't wanna be rude but some of yall are being very dense on purpose... OF COURSE Terry didnt write it, he died even before the first season was outlined. Rob and Rhiana are NOT Terry and even if they had a big influence on the decisions, it still wouldn't be him
@depraved_dame It wasn't directed at you!!! Im just seeing my timeline shift suddenly to "now it all makes sense! Terry wasnt involved, so of course is bad! " when the truth is he was never really involved in the adaptation at all.
Can I just say that the chairs inside the bookshop imply that they actually sat down and had a conversation in the original script instead of that 2 minute interaction that decided their whole fate
I've had this thought for a while now: I wish aziracrow never knew each other as angels and only met in the garden of eden.
I'm actually pretty sure pratchett never planned to change it.
the original point of their story was to show how an angel and a demon grew fond of each βΊ
AN AU WHERE when Aziraphale gives Crowley the kiss on his finger he's actually giving Crowley their MEMORIES
So when they have their first kiss in the new universe, they start to remember EVERYTHING
Like, the kiss was a container.... just like Beez did with Gabriel with the fly
At the end, Aziraphale knew that this was what Crowley wanted since the very beginning of his existence: to have a real chance. Real odds and a universe where he could CHOOSE Aziraphale.
And, while Aziraphale could live in a rigged universe, he could never live without Crowley
I CLOCKED IT #GoodOmensSpoiler
Aziraphale could have lived in a rigged universe as long as he had Crowley. But he knew that Crowley couldn't.
Since the beginning, that was Crowley's whole existencial crisis. If everything they do is already planned, then nothing is a real choice
That's why the card game analogy with Jesus is so important. Its a trick, you're never supposed to find the lady, and playing with different cards won't change that. You need to start over and play a different game.
