2) Ban all foreign recruitment unless jobs are unfilled after having been advertised to UK ONLY applicants for one month

@wesstreeting You're both fighting the wrong battle. Next month thousands of resident doctors will not have jobs as there are insufficient speciality training roles & those that exist were open to foreign doctors. THIS is the main reason docs leave the NHS yet neither of you are addressing it
