Our churches keep mysteriously burning?

The historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pennington, Alabama, which was built in 1850, burned to the ground overnight on August 18 and is now a total loss. Firefighters spent hours dealing with hot spots so the state fire marshal could begin investigating the cause, which remains unknown.

This incident is far from isolated, as several other churches across Alabama have also been destroyed or heavily damaged by fire this year.
