@ZssBecker 48s and 72s are top tier. If you read this and you're fat but don't wana go gym, do 72s. If you have discipline and don't break the fast mid way or eat like a pig on the refeed, you're gonna melt that weight. Speaking from experience - went from 290lbs to 200 within 5 months easy
