One of the goals I quietly set for myself was to be as fit as a Men’s Health cover sporter. Not for the spotlight, but as a challenge, to see how far I could push myself. Together with my wife, Erika, we began this health adventure.

What started as a personal milestone is now something I’m proud to share with all of you 🙏
