I keep seeing LSU fans saying that they are a national brand on the scale of Notre Dame. It's simply not true. They could reach 99% of their fans from a Jefferson Pilot broadcast.

LSU isn't going to be kicked out but they will likely be fined and Kiffin is very likely to be suspended for a period of time. None of us want this but someone has to back down but it won't be the SEC. The SEC will give LSU an exit ramp. I believe that is what happens.

Its 2023 infractions case resulted in 3-year probation ending Sept. 21, 2026.

Today, the SEC alleged in federal court LSU has demonstrated lack of institutional control at the university level.

LSU continues to push the issue. Lane should have known that saying something would be used against him. Maybe he's just stupid.

@jittdunk The Big Ten would laugh at LSU. The Big 12 wouldn't want two bad actors in the conference (Tx Tech & LSU). The ACC would sell their soul for LSU but that would be weird since so many schools want out of the ACC.
