Further, studies rarely evaluate the knock on effects of immigrant labour

@lorrainemking @EsheruKwaku He's free to say it. And Lowe is free to take action if he believes it to be untrue. If Esheru is correct, then this won't be a problem if he gets taken to court as he'll be able to justify his statement. It's only a problem if he's incorrect (defamation).
