@ModernInvest @shaggleq In all fairness he did right by putting the house under contract then conducting due diligence before moving ahead. I still agree his goal was never to buy Twitter. It was 20% publicity stunt 80% to cash out of TSLA without raising eyebrows.

@ModernInvest @business Musk isn't a follower. Wouldn't surprise me if he announces Tesla will purchase Ethereum since 1) PoS will make it "more sustainable" than Bitcoin 2) smart contracts have use cases for Tesla/SpaceX and their vehicles, and 3) owning it pays a dividend.

@TheaGood @PaulTudorJone @JohnLoSordo Ask this - How is there $225B worth of bitcoin sitting on the internet and no one has hacked the system? How many bank accounts are hacked every day? What happens to conventional accounts and payments rails if the grid goes down? I doubt they fair any better than bitcoin.
