We have things like that here but teaching a kid drugs are okay isn't counted as grooming, only having them ferry the drugs, which is a felony. I knew someone who got in water for making her daughter ferry, but she got off cuz woman.

Facts of an investigation should be gathered and then judgement should be made. A lot of people haven't been taught this, but you should always be looking for a better job.
