@Patches_deez Me too, it was an emotional response rather than a proper legal one. In my opinion documents get made at legal matters or at matters that have genuine public concerns rather than prvt ones. However that is ultimately my opinion
I want to ask the people who have read the recent fortsy document about what they think. Currently there is not alot of talk about peoples opinions on either parties
@stfuuuujjk@CheddarBuggz Yeah that is precisely the case. On the other corner of this drama there has been mentions of fortsy not gaining consent to use statements. Yet those are the same people who have been used in korus document. Which if he's not allowed to respond using evidence then what is goingon
Regarding the Fortsy situation there is alot of talk going on about "consent" of using ones statements and words in a document. Now consent is important but what I don't understand is if you are in koru's doc you have consented to be in a response doc. If someone makes a claim (1
@korulurker I didn't say he didn't consent. That wasn't the point of my statement. Also this specific statement wasn't actually aimed at anything you have said. I'm simply saying what I think in the way how I currently see it with the info given. It regarded more of the other party and their
Parties statements and bring more clarification to defend yourself. This is not a hard concept to grasp nor should the talk about consent of using statements and chats be the main priority for discussion about this topic
Against fortsy that means fortsy also has a say on those same claims. It goes both ways. Using statements to bring truth and clear your name when someone has spoken against you doesn't require permission from the opposing party in online drama. You have the right to use the other
@Astraziah Yep very crazy. Very crazy indeed. Korulein nor Anon A not anyone else has owned up to the things they cant disprove by poking their finger at it. Unless document number 3 is happening it seems they are trying to prod at nothing's and ignore the major arguments
Just to give more clarity to the situation someone has deleted Fortsy's response in the Fortsy Fort server. Presumably it was done by people who still have admin roles. I think we can fill the blanks on who had done it (for those who can't fortsy didn't delete his own response)
@CherryPyunn That's what is bothering me the most. As soon it's about ruining someone's life everyone is so quick to dogpile in this hive mentality however when it's the same situation yet instead clearing someone's name and pointing out real injustices everyone just turns a blind eye? Sad
@WolffyRiolu I agree, it was all private matters that could have been handled privately yet they escalated by making a slander campaign against the guy. If you have a personal issue dont declare it to the world. Venting to friends is expected but making a document over hurt feelings is absurd
@ZTydan@Chryseiym@Fortsy My thoughts exactly. The original one was basically a temper tantrum about how things didn't go exactly as they wanted to. And now there's a follow up doc because slandering someone based on your own personal negative emotions is pretty disappointing
Fortsyโs Response:
*I am posting this on behalf of @Fortsy due to his account being hacked into and tampered with. This response has been in the works for months and I hope it will provide you all with this much needed context.*
